The bad food list in this article are right on. I have managed to exclude all these listed items down to a near zero consumption level. I have an excellent example of bad food consumption-my older brother. He eats indiscriminately and suffers from all sorts of ailments, e.g., diabetes, arthritis, heart ailments, etc.. One old saying has never changed-"You are what you eat".
I looked on a web sight it had all sorts of whole food and fast food junk food ect... any way the KFC chicken thigh at 4.5 ounces about the size of a big mac had 1500 calories and 900 of those are from fat it also had 109 grams of fat and consist of about 50 percent fat 20 percent protein and the rest carbs. YUCK sick stuff
